Winding River entrance from Carter Hydro Dam

I am actually not sure if this is an intended change or not, but I couldn't find anything on it in any patch notes.   Both me and my husband started new games after the newest patch.  I played female on Pilgrim and my hubby played a male on voyager (in case gender or difficulty are a factor), we both noticed the same issue that the door inside Carter Hydro Dam that lead to the Winding River zone was no longer "clickable" so we were not able to reach this area.   We also noticed the safe that is usually in the office/control room was missing, but we thought that might have been intentional and that the safe might now be a random generated item rather than a 100% guaranteed. 

Loving all the other changes though!  We both are constantly amazed that a game still considered to be in Alpha is so awesome and enjoyable!  Best money I ever spent!  Thanks!
