Collectibles on xbox one

Just wondering if collectibles are available on xbox one or coming out when it gets the full release?

I think there's only 1 collectible in the game right now at the mountaineers hut in Timberwolf Mountain.  I'm guessing that's for mechanics and all the others will come with story mode on full release.
