As I’ve mentioned before I’m not the most experienced player in TLD, so I need a bit of help. I’m at the end of episode three in the mines and I cannot, for the life of me, find the bolt cutters. Is anyone able to tell me where that are located because I have looked everywhere for those suckers.

I just completed the mission and I was wondering what other people did with him because as soon as I saw him blueprints for deerskin pants & boots popped up, I personally let him live

I had the same problem, there was a lot of later fuel in the 3rd prepper cache, over three kilos!

I play The Long Dark on playstation 4 and today i noticed that I no longer have the ability to choose my region when starting a new game, is this a glitch or a new update?

Molly did mention that her phone call would call every phone in the area, is the phone from the hunting lodge connected to the phone of PV ? 

 

I was thinking the same thing, I remember the phone scared the crap out of me in episode 1, but the Hunting Lodge is all the way in the Broken Railroad region so I don't know if that is possible.

If I remember correctly there was one in Molly's Farmhouse basement or her barn. But I could be wrong.

Sorry in advance about the dumb question I'm kinda new to The Long Dark. So, I did a stupid thing on Wintermute. I'm at the mission where you have to collect all the supplies and rescue survivors for Father Thomas and the only thing left i need to do is find 1.50 kg of kerosene, thats where the problem comes in, I was collecting lamp oil and using it to fill my storm lantern before i got assigned this mission and I can't seem to find anymore. I can always restart to a different save but that would remove days of progress and things I would probably not be able to find again (very bad memory). Does anyone have any suggestions or know where a jerry can is or something?
