I'm not finding travois as a craftable item. Is this something that must be learned somewhere in the game?

Anyone know where the travois is in-game? I don't see it as a crafted item.

Where's the bow variant? I missed that.

Anyone notice what appears to be a walking stick at the 21sec mark of the trailer? I'd think a simple walking stick would be good for the game; particularly the initial phase of the game.
 

Where do I go to close my support tickets? I can't seem to find any link to them.

Yes, everything is fine now. The cut scene skipping stopped after the update, and the sound issue was user error. This is the best TLD update yet. Congratulations!

Ep 3 intro movie plays, then when the game starts and the playable character is walking around with a rifle it crashes just about a minute in, same place every time. Completely crashes the graphics card driver.

Steam on Linux. Game playable in sandbox mode without issue.

that's about the time when my cutscene goes back in time 10 seconds and stays in an infinite loop. No way to progress the cutscene/game. At least I don't have a crash though.

I don't have a video yet, but in the intro cutscene of Ep 3, the stranger walks toward the crow where Astrid is, but the scene jumps back 5 seconds or so and goes in this infinite loop. The cutscene will thus not advance.
