Endless Fishing Tackle

Hopefully I'm doing this right, first time!

So, started up the post-update game and went to make some fishing tackle in the camp office in mystery lake. Made some hooks first (no problem there!) and then with 4 hooks and 2 line started making tackle only to discover my items weren't being used up! Left the work bench and came back to see if it was a one time glitch but still seems to be doing the same thing. Not yet sure if it's happening at other work benches. So far I've made five separate fishing tackle which, given my materials, I shouldn't have been able to do.

Yup also doing it at other workbenches, just tried it on the bench in the control room of the Carter Dam
