There has been freezing and disappearing inventory

I play The Long Dark on Xbox and these bugs have been happening since the last update. The inventory that I noticed is appearing are weapons.

Spelling mistake

Also play on Xbox and items keep disappearing from my inventory in Survival mode. First the Spelunker's Lantern, then the cooking pot, now the skillet. All were in my inventory when I entered the Blackrock region and were there when I created a save at the prison. Started Episode 4, played through until I could free roam. Each time I return to the survival mode save something disappears.

A support ticket has been entered, but no response other than the automated email.
