The Last Bunker - Pleasant Valley

So, we've found eight of the nine bunkers in Pleasant Valley. The ninth one, which is a type C bunker (Tools), has yet to be found/reported.

I have a save game available that is in Pilgrim mode. The player is currently in the Farmhouse, lightly equipped, and I've already checked the other eight bunker spots - no dice. So, this should be a game where the missing bunker is present.

Obviously, if you use this save game, it will overwrite whatever you are currently playing.

Lets find that last bunker, shall we?

Anybody tried using statistical analysis to guess at its location using the map?

I don't think there is enough data to do any type of proper analysis.

However, the other 8 bunkers are all in the southern half of the map, and all the A-type bunkers are in the south-west corner. If I had to guess, I would say somewhere in the the south-east quadrant, since there are currently only two there.

Hylander, I will look, It would be great to know sure before I finish my review and since I am looking for all the bunkers anyway, I am not losing any saves. Do you mind if I mention your map in my review?

Here are the locations I'd have a look at.

1. 800, 2000 NNW of Draft Dodgers Cabin

2. 1500, 2400 NE Lonely Cabin in Bear Territory

3. 2100, 2000 N of Contemplation Bridge

My guess is there is a 50% chance the bunker if there is a 9th bunker is in one of those three spots.

Checked all three - no such luck :-(

I ran through both the northern and southern portions on the map using your saved game last night and did not find our lost Type C bunker either

Maybe we could get a dev to confirm there is really a 9th bunker just for the sake of knowing. Is there any evidence that one must spawn?

Well, Mystery Lake has 9 bunkers - 4 type A, and one each of B, C, D, E, and F.

So far, in Pleasant Valley, we've found 4 type A, and one each of B, D, E, and F.

Seems pretty obvious, although of course I could be wrong...

So I screwed up in my bunker hunt save - I didn't realize the one in the south by the bear cave was up behind that rock, and sure enough, with my save game, that's where it is...

I'll see if I can generate a proper save game... In the meantime, I'll remove the save game I have uploaded.

Yep, that's exactly where it is! I would have found it a week ago if that bear didn't scare me away!

So, after a whole bunch of tries (12 unsuccessful starts), on lucky number 13, I finally have a save game for the missing bunker. I ran the circuit of the existing 8 bunkers when I started, didn't find it. I went to the Farmhouse, Barn, and Rural Crossroads, got myself outfitted reasonably well, and then ran the circuit again for the second time.

Still no bunker.

lmao...so Hinterland is cruel and placed only one bunker up North. I added a update video for this bunker

Awesome, thanks man, great job I began the hunt myself yesterday but after 6 or so new games all with known bunkers I gave up for the night.
