I wouldnt be using any assets from TLD, but i would be using the names. This is what i have so far with the idea.

I know this isnt the modding of TLD but it is TLD and modding related, how are hinterlands views/policies on recreating parts of TLD in other forms of media/video games, as i would like to create a mod for Fallout: New Vegas that would essentially recreate the Mystery Lake region, and i don't want to be half done with the mod before told by hinterland "Hey, you need to stop".

i understand how you feel, and im not going to try to stop you, but give hinterland a chance, its not fair to want a refund after all the work they put in, they're not a big studio, nor do they have the money of one, and all of these refunds are going to hurt the studio in more ways than one

just found this thread, and i have to say i really did enjoy tales and signal void, despite that being the only new content so far, i REALLY enjoyed it as it added to the total experience of just exploring new places, finding new things, doing cool stuff. The last time i played TLD was on xbox last year, and in my survival run then i had gotten both the moose hide satchel and the technical backpack, and felt like despite there being more to do, i just didn't want to have to walk around everywhere i had already been. But by buying tales, it brought me back to the game i love, so thank you hinterland, for despite all the problems with tales, still bringing me, and others an experience we love!

just registered my account and had a good read through this, but @Admin, with the wonderful game you all at hinterland have made, delayed releases are the least of my concerns, i love the long dark, and have for years, so to see so much cool content still be released for it makes me happy. this game is the only survival game i play due to its relaxed nature on lower difficulties, which suites me more, and makes me happy to play, so thank you all for creating such a wonderful game that i love playing every time i boot up steam. Just bought the expansion pass today and cant wait to play through the Signal Void tales!
