  1. Hello everyone, I'm Christian and come from Germany. I've bought "The Long Dark" June 2016 - At least that's what it says on Steam. From the beginning I was enthusiastic in this game and it became better and better, in my view. Back then I had own ideas for games and found out, that TLD was made with Unity - and I was able to use it "gratis". So I delved deeper into the matter and made a distance learning of "Unity - 3D Game Development". Was great, but unfortunaly I've never work in this branch of industry. But from time to time I open Unity to tinker around a bit.
  2. Thank you for response on my first post. To be honest, I haven't seen the "Support -> Report a Bug" Option, but additionally to the issues listed above, I have roundabout 50 others. It's a lot of work to do it in this thread, but to report every single bug with additional information about my data would take "forever". My Version is: Build 2.06 106075S | DLC01 | WintermuteDLC I would say yes, but I only encountered one time: Nr.2 of DESOLATION POINT (2. In the cave near the waterfall, where a wolf can be, it happened to me that the wolf made footprints in the air.) The wolf had to die. If it's okay, I would continue to list the other bugs here. Oh and most of my screenshots are now "Debug-Screenshots". 👍
  3. Hello everyone! I'm new to this forum, but I own the game since 2016, according to steam information. With this thread I want to share my collected bugs and issues. I've collected those since I've started a new game after the release of TFT-DLC. Note: If I know how to add spoiler-tags, if it's possible, I will edit the post to hide the screenshots. I will update this thread later, because I've found more and I don't have time right now. -------- GENERAL: 1. After you start/load a game, the time display is too high up in the sleeping/waiting menu. It flipps to its standard position, after you click sleep/wait: 2. The game is switching back to the main-menu without saving. I haven't made a screenshot, but the shown message is something like: "Could not load data from previous save." I'm not quite sure, how the bugs is triggered, but it seems that it occurred just by entering a trailer (but not every time). For me it happens in "Keepers Pass - South" and "Coastal Highway". 3. A cave-design, which appears frequently (multiple locations) , has a wrong sized collider of the boulders on the right side of the cave. ------- KEEPERS PASS - SOUTH 1. In the trailer is a metal bucket, which you can't saw it into metal scrap. 2. The left side of the blocked street to Milton has a very strange shadow on the wall. On the top picture are some wolf footprints, which leads to the shadow-wall. My impression was that he runs through it, after I hurt him. I couldn't found him. But after I entered the trailer, the general bug 2. occurred (see above) and the wolf was reseted. 3. If you are standing infront of the fire barrel and with your back to the trailer, the footsteps will glitch into the trailer: ------- IDYLLIC VALLY: 1. The marked plank on the two screenshots has no physical ability to be there floating in the air. There is no other element, which would hold it, where it is. 2. In the "Community Center" are two metal buckets, which you can't saw into metal scrap. 3. In the "Community Center" you can't search in the container under the sink, but in "Wintermute" you can. ------- DESOLATION POINT: 1. The frames of the windows in "Hibernia Processing" looks strange: 2. In the cave near the waterfall, where a wolf can be, it happened to me that the wolf made footprints in the air: 3. In the smaller trailer in "Hibernia Processing" the drying of pelt and intestines aren't working correct. On the two screenshot is a test of mine, where you can see intestines from the same animal. In the first picture you can see them on 4% after roundabout a day - only drying when I am inside the trailer. Then I placed one of them in the whaling station, where it works.
