I wasnt gonna post about this but at this point it is just absolutely ridiculous that i have to complain about it. It has been 8 hours since the part three of the dlc came out and it is STILL not out on Epic (atleast as of the time of writing this) like??? hello??? i have plenty of games that have both a Steam and Epic version and there is no delay between updates for those but how is it that its been 8 HOURS AND THE UPDATE STILL ISNT OUT ON EPIC???

its been 6 hours since the launch video came out and the update STILL isnt on Epic, what is going on?

I love the long dark and i have a few good hundred hours in the game but something i always notice and something that always breaks my inmersion is the hands no matter if you are wearing gloves or different kind of shirts or whatever the hands always remain the same model without any changes (as far as im aware) and i was wondering if a sort of dynamic hand system will ever come to the game like if you are wearing ski gloves you can see them or even see the sleeves of your character change depending on the items you are wearing and i know considering how many clothing items there are in the game it would be a massive undertaking but please will this feature ever arrive to the long dark?

ive been playing the new survival mode update for a bit and ive noticed some issues with the region for example some buildings around the prison dont have interior weather sound effects for example lets say there is a blizzard outside and you go into the infarmary you will hear the blizzard roar as if you were outside even tho you are inside same thing happens with guard vehicles not only that but the white shading of the interior of the vehicles makes it feel like it was meant to bee seen but not actually be interacted with and another bug i noticed is that in the barracks if you leave through the door in the roof and look back youll see the interior dissapear (image included) and overall some parts just feel a bit unfinished and a little rough around the edges but i do love the addition of another version of getting the code for warehouse 5 in bleak inlet i also like the addition of protective gear and the ability to fix crampons and most of the region like the power station and the old mine wich is my favourite place anyways thanks for coming to my ted talk.

i was thinking "if there are snares why arent there any bear traps" and i started looking at old youtube videos of hinterland and i did see some bear traps in one and im wondering if they will add bear traps to the game and how they might work

ive been wondering if when the blackrock region releases will the prison be destroyed like at the end of the episode 4 or will it be fully explorable i want to see what people think
