    It doesn't appear that the PC version currently supports HDR. I'm also experiencing those issues.

    Confirming this is still a thing. 60 stable FPS to a v-sync locked 30 FPS everytime I look at the ground. Confirming as well that SSAO to Medium fixes the issue.
