Ah I remember clunking up my character with a bunch of stuff only to be left with nothing when I entered into next episode.
Noisemaker could be of more use if it acted as a frag grenade, taking out any animal with one hit. Now that would probably make sense to go through all the trouble maybe. But then again, seasoned TLD pilot won't have a lot of problems avoiding such situations, requiring explosive ammunition.
Most annoying would be a human because they're basically a glorified storage bin. You can't harvest their pelt, guts, or meat. Can't even undress them.
I think gast travel would be pointless in this game. Too many variables weigh major consequences on our fragile character. Blizzards, bears, and wolves.
Another point, which way do you take? Follow the roads or cut straight ahead?
Ever since episode4 was released for storymode, there was potential new 'weapon's, which would eventually be transferred into survival mode. And that moment came shortly thereafter.
But did you go to prison for the blueprint? I haven't personally, in fact I haven't even traversed BR region yet, apart from short squirts here and there.
What about you: are you using those makers? Did you find the blueprint to make them?
I've read little bit into reshade path tracing and it appears you can't accelerate rays with rtx card because only way to do it is when dx12 is implemented? Does it mean you'd be stuck with poor performance unless you can brute force it with conventional means?
Edit: article added. https://wccftech.com/experimental-reshade-mod-adds-raytracing-crysis/
Not disturbing at all..
Lol, this is pretty neat. Due to the lack of NPCs, I wouldn't mind a village with neighbors like them. Beggars can't be choosers and all. Need to stock up on ammo though. You never know..
Hi @Lacho7! Welcome! I found some rancid sardines🐟🐟🐟 in the fridge. I had one and left the other one for you. It ain't much, but it'll keep hunger at bay. I left a cup of reishi tea in the microwave, y'know, just in case.☠
You'll be fine!😁👍
Perhaps you are right. Or maybe RT+DLSS😁 I wonder if it'll be much easier than other AAA games, given how limited geometry is + lack of object density?
Let's hope! They'll definitely follow what nvidia does re:price when they become more proficient at path tracing. I've read Intel might be getting out of arc graphics. I'm trying to be optimistic that it's just a rumour at this point. We need more competition for sure!
Please elaborate. Considering minecraft has ray tracing😅 TLD would benefit greatly from it in my opinion! More realistic daytime lighting in the cabins or during auroras would be incredible!
RTX cards are more accessible these days with a little bit of(astronomical) premium. I have one incoming next week ultra hyped! Besides, rays don't have to be mandatory; they can be optional.
Here's a little quickie(40 minutes) about RT implementation in metro exodus. You don't need reflective surfaces to enjoy RT, @Skelegutplays. Good watch. It goes over parts of the lighting that TLD has a lot of problem with(windows vs the rest of the room).
Luckiest moment? Far too many. One I can clearly remember was when I was approaching foreman's retreat in ash canyon, using the narrow mountain pass way, where bear usually patrols.
Anyways, he was walking too slow and I was getting tired of its leisurely pace, so I take out my rifle and start sending lead up its 'split'. He turns around and keeps charging as I keep reloading and firing. When he's like literally onto me, I send one more bullet and he's down. I entered foreman's, replaced my stained thermal underwear and went back to start marinating steak dinner.
Very tense moment.
