So, I decided to do faithful cartographer on pilgrim as a way to help learn the maps, and figured to break it up a little by farming badges. For those of you who say that learning maps should be done on voyager, you play your way and let me play mine. Games are supposed to be fun, not stressful. And struggling isn't my idea of fun. Anyway, I've got 3 more to go, and decided to set a row of fires and relight them a few times just to get some of the count done. And as I'm doing that, the Proclaimers 1000 miles pops into my head. Only with different lyrics: "Now I will light 500 fires And I will light 500 more Just to be the man who lights a thousand fires To get that badge of Fire Master" I found it funny.

I'm still pretty new to the game. I mostly play on Pilgrim because I'm still learning the maps. I have started a voyageur difficulty sandbox for streaming though. I discovered The Long Dark through watching GrayStillPlays on YouTube, and had to get a copy for myself. I've watched Hadrian's Against All Odds series to learn some stuff. I'm really enjoying the game. I started on story mode to learn more before going to sandbox. Looking forward to continuing that when the next chapter comes out.
