2 Questions:

1.  Is the journal accessible and editable outside of the game?  Can I call it up in notepad or similar and edit?  Why.....?

2.  I can't seem to copy and paste within the journal in game using CTRL+C/V, this would suggest it's using some embedded format rather than a standard text editor?

Neither of these are game breaking issues by any means, but your feedback would be appreciated.

Is there still one guaranteed rifle spawn per map in pilgrim mode?  Used to be one guaranteed in CH but having checked all previous spawn locations it’s not there.  Has something changed or (more than possible!) have I missed it somewhere?!

Can anyone point me in the direction of a map of great bear island which also lists which areas connect to which, updated to include Bleak Inlet?

just to be clear, I’m not after the detailed maps of each region, just the ability to know which regions are connected to which.
