I agree with the Admin, feel free to express opinon. But in the end, Hinterland didn't even have to release the Cover art so we should feel lucky to see it a month before we see Episode 3. In my opinion, it is absolutely amazing art. All new aspects of the the upcoming chapter in one photo. Makes me think about what is to come and what to expect going into a new episode. Thank you for sharing with us! @Admin

Anyone also as excited as I am to finally get a bow in the story? Gonna make the cold quiet apocalypse a little more primitive feeling... Episode 3 is going to be legendary!

Hello again, I have recently started to read a bunch of Gary Paulsen books on his stories of experiences with surviving in the wilderness... I bet you are extremely busy with everything on the go but I am truely wondering if you have ever enjoyed one of his books? Currently I'm reading Brian's Winter and the vibe and overall setting has that Long Dark feel. I really hope all you survivors consider looking into his books if you haven't already! I suggest Hatchet and/or the rest of the Brian series. Guts and Woodsong are other great ones, telling of true events that helped shaped his fictional survival stories about Brian. Could possibly spark some more ideas for this absolutely legendary game! Stay warm and safe out there

Im sitting here sharpening my hatchet and knife in the dark, waiting for the sun to rise when I think to myself "How do my arrowheads stay in perfect condition" haha What are you thoughts on having to keep arrowheads sharp with the whetstone? Hope everyone at Hinterland Studios is enjoying these last few weeks of summer! Thank you for taking the time to answer our questions. Means more than you think to alot of us survivors!

Gonna start by saying thank you Hinterland... The Revolver and cloth wraps have saved me numerous times already. What are your thoughts on having a larger splitting axe instead of the hunter hatchet for chopping wood? Takes less time but more energy or something along those lines.

What are your thoughts on adding thunderstorms into the game? Certainly would make those dark stormy nights even more haunting when camping out on a mountain with the thunder roaring in the background. Flashes of lightning against the wolves in the forest... Definitely gonna put that revolver to some good use.

Now where in the hell would you find a reloading bench and all the resources neccessary to "craft" ammunition or a gun... Sorry to be the bummer of news but not possible without proper equipment or the skill to do so. I was also hoping I could craft me some proximity mines for those pesky wolves, but that ain't happenin any time soon...

Super excited to see what the motion capture studio has in store for the future at Hinterland! I do know that you literally just said you don't want to release any dates about future updates and such, I don't mean to be a weenie...but are we expecting this amazing sounding Survival update within a few months or soon? Just want to say thank you for letting us know whats going on.

Is this fixed in the updates after Redux? Not liking the sounds of getting kicked out of his cabin... Im currently on my way to get the Bear Spear. Super excited to hunt the bear but I hope it won't kick me out of Jeremiah's cabin. What is your thoughts on this matter? @admin

I personally thought the moment changed the whole vibe of the story. Choosing to end someones life based on their past, or save them because you think he still has a small chance to make a difference. In my opinion, ending his life seemed more suitable than letting him continue to cause havoc in Milton. Even though it may have strongly effected Mackenzie mentally and emotionally. Methuselah seemed to think differently... I am seriously enjoying Wintermute Redux. Adding more characters was a needed part of the game. It added enormous amounts of depth to the story... Just began Chapter 2 last night. I still can't believe that I couldn't tell that David Hayter was the voice for Jeremiah all this time... The Metal Gear Solid series is one of my childhood classics. Thank you again Hinterland for working hard to create such a masterpiece. Goodluck, stay safe and stay warm out there in the Quiet Apocalypse.

Can't wait to be wearing my warm bunny hat this upcoming week. I recently just watched the movie Alpha. (Definitely check it out if you haven't already) You may have been previously asked this, but what do you think of the ability of taming a wolf to be your companion? It would take a long time and process of gaining trust but would definitely be worth the risk. Not to mention not feeling nearly as lonely with your wild furry feral lil buddy! Absolutely excited for this new update and future projects! Thank you for putting in so much work. Might be an odd question but are you planning on adding Male and Female animals? (Deer/Moose without antlers) As well as younger animals. (Mother bear watching over cubs, younger deer, etc) I was also wondering if the blood tracking will be worked on? The animals seem to only drop a very small amount of blood for a bullet, arrow, knife or hatchet wounds. Thanks again for working so hard to get us these chapters and more survival content. Looking forward to see what Great Bear will throw at us next????
