If you open the new menu and look at chapter three it says "content to be unlocked in the future". Apparently it's not open yet.......

I retried this. This isn't a glitch in the game. If you wait for the aurora to wake you up you will not have enough time to make it through the dam. You have to watch and wait for the aurora to first pop up and then go into the dam. That was frustrating to figure out as I spent a lot of nights outside the dam waiting and trying different things.

I am having the same issue. I believe this to be an issue as well. I have been reading that other people are having the same issue and can't find if this is a bug or if there is a problem with the story line. Any information would be great. Thanks,
