This next try I am brought in near the camp office.
This place is empty.
Climbed up and took an overlook picture of the lake,
Visited the cabins on the other side of the lake and in the morning took another picture after some goating.
Made the hike over to Trapper's homestead.
While resting I contemplate my very existence.

The logging camp was in sight but also two wolves.
Wolves chased a deer and I went for a look.
Inside the trailers I found a bug.
Stepped outside at night to see the stars and was attacked immediately at the door.
Managed to figure that clicking is just not the only action available.
Made me bleed my own blood.
Rested and woke dehydrated. Went outside and made a fire.
The wolf carcass from last night was there too.
Melt some snow and on to boiling.
Wolf attack and then I slipped into The Long Dark.

That was Faithful Cartographer. Carter Hydro Dam was reworked and extra interior props were added.

Does the pot belly stove emit some kinda RHF signal went lit?
There are some different antennae on top of the lookout at Mystery Lake.
There are definitely on a different spectrum.
The antenna segments represent quarter wavelength of the broadcast wavelength. Guestimate at 100 khz for left side antenna and 100 Mhz for the right side antenna.
There does not seem to be any leads for the higher frequency antenna going into the tower cabin.
The radio also seems to be the destination for the other antenna.
The stove has two burner slots and you know what that means.

Everyone here on the forum loves to hunt.
There are "footprints" that lead to the answer to your question.
Battery would not be happy if I told you outright. Battery is not pleasant, rather sulfurous, when unhappy with greater chance of explosion.

Did you turn back or press on and go for the "Leap Of Faith"?

When your assailant lunges at you wielding a pointed stick.
You should eat more fresh fruit!

Got a screenshot of The Lighthouse Wolf? I never met it, in over 3000 hours of playtime. Far as I know, TLW is a myth, never seen a screenshot of it here or on Steam.
Think you are right and seems to be a ghost.
Forgot about Scruffy in the cave in Desolation Point. The pack seems to be bringing in deer fro him, so when I am on Pilgrim I bring him some rabbit or fish.
I am still hopeful that Fluffy will be back, the other wolf in the ice cave should have its own name.
edit:
Frosty is what just came to my mind.

Raven Rock has always been there but had never noticed.
During the day and night Raven Rock is peering down, with stern sapience, deciding the worthiness of the traveler.
Like it has sat there for four hundred years.
edit:
Found that there was a wolf that spawned inside the Lighthouse.
Beacon seemed like an appropriate name.

There seems to be a variety of names for the Long Dark things.
Fluffy - was the wolf's name that resided within Carter Hydro Dam. Sadly it was removed due to the update to the internal environment. R.I.P. Fluffy.
George the Rabbit - was the rabbit I tried to save during a pilgrim run in Timber Wolf Mountain. The wolf attacked me as I was trying to interfere. First time I was attacked in pilgrim game.
Raven Rock - found this in the back country and it sits lonely upon high ground.
The area around the rock is a retreat for goats.
Raven Rock is certainly a tasty lick.

Going through some old screen shots and discovered these pictures of hidden caves that I found but sadly did not note the location.
Mystery Cave #1
Mystery Cave #2
There are two hidden caves found that do have location data.
The first is called Zig-Zag Nook
This seems wind proof for a fire and there are some scrub brushes nearby.
The bedroll can also be placed.
This nook is located in high ground above the bear cave near the poachers camp. Some goating is required
The second one is called Moon Shadow Cave
This area offers a camp fire and bedroll. The sound of the falls will soothe you to sleep in this non hostile zone.
This is located at the entrance to the Ravine coming from Mystery Lake. Some goating is required

Obviously you must place a battery on the stove element.
This is exactly what I was thinking.
edit:
Trembling I wait for an aurora.
The ritual has only one step closer to fulfillment.
It will be done proper this time unlike last time when the explosion occurred and the entire Lookout was toppled over and brought the ground.
I am certain that the long dangly bit must go into the hot tea!

This thread surprised me. I was just about to request a separate Wish List just for Long Dark 2.
Most suggestions coming in lately are great but most of us know that TLD2 would be the best arena for these ideas.
@Admin Could a Wish List For Long Dark 2 be created and stickied.
