  5. It is possible to get out HINT: [spoil]use the ice ledge to walk back towards the far waterfall and it will lead to another ice layer which you can walk from[/spoil] Waterfall issue is known and covered under a separate testing report for consideration. Thank You

  7. Quite possible the v.265 update corrected the issue or updated the Steam cache fully. If it continues to work okay, just let me know so I can close this thread. If it's still happening I'll create a bug ticket for the team to investigate. Thank You

  9. I've created screenshots of the location for the team to use as references, and I will created a bug report ticket #2574 - but I need to know whether this happened during a fresh run of either v.264/v.265, or was it from a previous version save game? Thank You
  10. The audio glitch is a known issue, and is currently being worked on. Will need more details or info for video glitches. Is it coinciding with the audio glitches? For the owl audio following you, I'll need a little more detail (frequency, does it continue playing across multiple maps, does it continue indoors and outdoors, continues during day/night cycles and other details or activities which seem to trigger it). Any additional info would help, then I can create a separate ticket for that specific audio issue. Thank You

  14. Did this happen using a save version from a game prior to the new v.264 Desolation Point update, or is it happening with a fresh run?
  15. Could you please try reinstalling the video drivers directly from your graphic card manufacturer. The have been many reports of Windows 10 not necessarily installing the most updated or Win10 compatible drivers properly (appears to be most frequent with Nvidia drivers). If that doesn't fix the issue, could you please attach your debug log output file, and I'll forward the details to the tech team and create a ticket. Thank You
