My key bindings are resetting to default every time I play. Very strange. I noticed someone else mentioned this as well.

I own it on PC and on the X Box 1 console. I much prefer it on the PC. The control is way better for me with a mouse. Sensitivity is adjustable both ways, but I get a crisp, clean movement with my mouse. Also, I just built this PC and it's pretty strong. I keep all graphics at highest settings and it's beautiful. On X box, saves are sooooooo slow and the graphics are poor at best. The one advantage for the Xbox is that I can sit on my couch and veg whilst playing. I guess it's everyone's preference but mine by far is the PC.

Ok, how about this.. Hey, it would be cool if there weren't locked challenges there that can't be attempted. Would it be possible to remove them if they aren't done? Those two aren't challenges that can be attempted again like the other challenges? Does that sound better? Just read this second one and ignore the first post. Awful should be reserved for things like my job and things of that nature.

Could Hinterland remove the locked challenges for 4don if we didn't get them? Having a locked unattainable badge is awful. If you are missing one of the others, say, Hopeless Rescue, you can at least try again. Oh, didn't quite make it in the time allowed? No problem, have it another go and another if needed. There is no giving those two badges another go. They will just sit there mocking us every time we go through the challenges. I'm already irritated that I didn't have the time during the work week to earn the badges, it doesn't need to be shown to me for ...... how long? Oh yeah, forever!

I feel sorry for those who base their opinion entirely on the story mode. Not because they've done anything wrong, I'm certainly not trying to push buttons. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who doesn't dive into survival mode and play this masterpiece for what it was for all of us for so long. I remember longing for story mode to come out for such a long time. The game is so good that it has become my all time favorite game. It can create a mood within you like no other game I've experienced. The story mode to me was a bit of a lesser triumph. I did enjoy it, but when I played through it, the difficulty was set and not changeable. It felt like voyageur to me, and was just too easy. I'm glad they have added the option to make it more challenging, and maybe I will give that a try now, since I didn't finish all of the side missions any way. In my opinion, survival mode or what we called sandbox for so long is the real attraction of the game. If anyone reads this who feels let down because they bought it for story mode and that doesn't appeal to them so much, I would implore you to dive into survival mode and immerse yourself. No missions, other than those you create for yourself. That still gives you much to do. In fact, you will find yourself busier than you can imagine. You will always find yourself behind on time and wishing you had one more hour of daylight to accomplish some goal that you feel needs to be already done. Any way, I've waxed on about it for long enough. Good gaming to you all!

No mention to the saving problem existing at the moment. I have a problem where saves only work while you are still in the game. As soon as you exit the game and come back into the game later, the saves are all gone. This has been true for survival and story mode. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. After checking with others in the Facebook group I found many others with this same problem.
