Difference between Medium & High Graphic Settings

Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I'm running in DX11 mode ( Get better FPS ) & obviously in some places I lag.

My question:

Is there a huge difference ( if any ) between Medium & High Graphics Settings? I've swapped between the two numerous times and honestly I cannot see a difference.

Can anyone here perhaps shed some light on this subject for me?
