Gun fires while aiming

Several times now I've aimed the rifle and it goes off on it's own. At first I thought maybe it was an accidental finger twitch on the left mouse button but after carefully aiming each time it's happened on several occasions. Is my mouse broken or is this some kind of bug that's my question. Rifle is fully loaded, in excellent condition etc. Is anyone else noticing this phenomenon?

Have you remapped your keys by any chance? I've not seen this happen with the Rifle and have not been able to reproduce it.

Thanks for the reply, I did find the problem I believe it was having the graphics in ultra and not having the computer to handle it and or a malfunctioning mouse. Since I've turned the graphics down to med and replaced the mouse it hasn't happened again.
