$29.99 Director's cut & the $65 Kickstarter Pledge

So I find myself asking... is there much of a difference between the current $29.99 The Long Dark - Directors Cut and the Kickstarter Physical pledge at $65?

Here are the minor things I find different that the Kickstarter pledge has:

Locket

Slightly earlier Sandbox alpha access

Backer Forum badge

Soundtrack (valued at $6.99)

Free shipping

Otherwise, they both come with an extra key, a boxed copy, downloadable artbook, and a downloadable making-of.

I'm REALLY hoping the Metallic hardcase is unique to the Kickstarter pledge, and is seperate from a regular boxed copy.
