Guest Support
I received the files, and included them in the bug reportBug Report Ticket #2999 issuedWhile waiting for the tech team to check out your files:Might not be the Win10 issue, but no harm checking: First thing to double check is the graphic driver (Win10 has had a lot of issues installing the wrong driver by default) - check for an updated driver directly on the NVIDIA site.Next item to double check:VISUAL STUDIO C++ REDIST PACKAGEWindows users: Check to see if you are might be missing this package:https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/downloa ... x?id=40784This is the Visual Studio C++ 2013 Redist package that Steam should have installed with the game. If Steam didn't install it, you may need to download it manually from Microsoft and see if this helps with the issue.Thank You
