Everyone is a little different, why not bring that to the game in a small matter. For example; maybe one person was in boy scouts and can start fires better than the average guy or does it faster. Or a hunter, can get more meat of an animal. Or stronger, can more weight.Just some quick ones.Love the game and I'm addicted.

joki Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 I like the idea, as it would increase replay value a lot. The traits should probably not be as dramatic as those, but just minor differences. It would still leave a lot of creativity to the developers.
Dirmagnos Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Ive been thinking about professions/occupations instead of such traits, like lumberjack or hunter, or survivalist, or chef, or soldier, etc. Each with their preset pros and possible cons.Sure, out guy is a bush pilot, but who to say that he doesnt have a second job or he wasnt some1 else be4.And give, based on selected occupation, 10-20% bonus in select actions, either in terms of quality, chance of amount.For example, bodybuilder, 20% higher max weight, but requires 10% more calories.
