#79 Running while exhausted (v.094)

I am doing a verification run for another bug I'm about to submit so I didn't bother picking anything up and I have been running nonstop. I'm still at 100% condition, I'm exhausted (label is displayed), I am not encumbered and I'm still able to run.

I'll have to do another verification run after this, but I was running while exhausted for quite a while and my condition never came down.

I'll look into this -- condition should be degrading while exhausted.
