Why can't I use a bandage on my wrist to fix it? it's a sprain wrist = bandage / rest/pain tablets.

Short answers: because it's a game

Philosophical answer: the game takes a shortcut for you setting your bones by yourself, thus no need for bandages only something to combat the pain.

But I waaant to use a bandage. Maybe even two bandages and a couple of sticks for a splint. But I'm a fan of challenges and busywork.
