Yes it is. so far I have mostly cleared ML and partial CH and done a limited sweep of DP.

I boiled lots of water to fill the Fridge, each shelf looks to hold around 36 liters of water.

I dropped the coffee, tea, antibiotics and painkillers one serving at a time to create the individual "bottles", same goes for the matches. all the rest of the "gear" was loot I salvaged or crafted. Each box of shells has 5 rounds in it.
