TWM Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 One new feature I don't hear enough praise for is the adjustment in lighting after nightfall.I don't know about you guys, but I can actually see pretty well at night now, and with clear weather, it's just as feasible to travel at night as it is by day.Of course I'd rather not because it creeps me out, but it adds possibilities. No more being stuck in a cabin for 8 hours just because you can't see five feet in front of you.In fact, simple economics makes it quite sensible to get out at night and get some work/travelling done, as it's a waste of rest and calories not to.Great job, Hinterland! Thank you guys for finding new ways to make this game ever more interesting.
Lesnik Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 +1 to this; night in winter is one of my favourite times when camping since it's often very bright if the sky is at all clear. The snow makes a wonderful reflector.
houservt Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 I so rarely went out at night, I don't think I really noticed. Drawing attention to this may create a whole new movement of night walkers. But yes, kudos for excellent outdoor nighttime lighting!
Maninpants Posted September 29, 2015 Posted September 29, 2015 I can see at night when outside but I can't see across the room when my indoor fire is lit.... this needs fixing, we need more 'glow' when we have a fire on the go inside
