travel abandoned mine to coastal highway > crash

hi, i started in pleasant valley and i discovered an abandoned mine which i immediatly looted, inside this mine

i found a path that conducts to coastal highway and whenever i try to enter in coastal highway i can play a few seconds and then one time out of two the game crashes even if the game saved my discovery ( i can choose it in the sandbox mode ) , if i walk a bit further it works but if i turn back right after having entered coastal highway the game crashes ( even if i wait a bit walk forward and slowly turn back it crashes ) .

fortunately i saved before going out of the mine but i would like to get a part of my stuff in pleasant valley before adventuring into this new location is it impossible to do any back up between zones or is it a bug ?

I really appreciate this game and you are doing a great job by updating it.
