v.091 - Magnifying Glas Still Causes Indoor Fires

Not sure if/when the bug was fixed or meant to be fixed, but you can still start fires indoors using the magnifying glass, even at night

This wasn't on the list of items for the v.09 update -- I think mostly because firestarting is going to be revisited, and this particular item may become obsolete and be cut.
