Lost everything

[Singular]

Yeah so I logged into TLD to go check out the new zone, but for some reason the game would go non-responsive for seconds at a time.

I decided that I'd try to restart my pc to see if that was the problem. I put down my bedroll and took a nap (I would have manually saved and quit but.. Why isn't that an option?) I took a 1hr nap and saw the "Game Saved" flash across the screen.

I quit, restarted my machine, then booted up the long dark.

Not only was my saved game gone, but I can't even start off in any of the expansion zones even though I've logged over 220 hours in the game.

Basically, game lagged, I restarted, and lost all progress, even the recognition that I've explored other zones.

=( How would I go about checking if it was a bug on my end or not?
