Map reset during playthrough

On xbox one, i was not able to access one of my maps and figured it was just a bug and would be hotfixed, which it was. When i loaded up the map it would show a blank screen and my character would say something along the lines of "too much weight" even though before hand i dropped everything before going to sleep and saving the game. I wouldnt be able to press pause, or any button besides the xbox button to return me to the homescreen where i could close the game. After the hotfix, i loaded up my map and resumed with everything intact. I was in the lonely lighthouse in desolation point on stalker mode. I lit a fire and retrieved a torch to go to the top of the lighthouse through the hatch. After having a nice view, i returned to the lighthouse and went to collect my items that I had previously dropped on the floor like fuel and found that all of changes, had disappeared and the lighthouse was full with loot that i had already collected before and were either in my inventory or had been used. My inventory was the exact same with no changes, i was able to collect these duplicated items .All items like tables that had been broken down were reset aswell

Is this still happening with the v.270 Xbox hotfix?
