Steam Update not downloading?

Having issues with updates not downloading? I have experienced this with a couple games recently.

Easy fix is to just go into your Steam > Settings > Downloads. Then select a different region.

I.e for me Australia wasn't working tonight so I selected USA - Atlanta, and it started to download straight away. friggin crap Aussie speeds no doubt lol.
