Item placement bug while in car

[v 2.70 hotfix]

When you're in the car, selecting* an item to place it somewhere teleports you outside the car and leaves you unable to move until you click the car door, which then takes you outside the car as if you were inside in the first place.

Not game-breaking, but it is one of those funny ones.

*right-click default
