Grimsley99
It would be nice if you could walk through walk though fog (both light and heavy) and see droplets of water smudge your view ever so subtly. It would make it feel a bit more immersive and feel kind of relaxing. It would also be nice if you could trie and catch water in the fog. The water would already be potable; unfortunately it would take you an hour to catch 0.50 litres. That would be a nice feature added in future updates. iSUGGESTthings
I would really like that. Also bits of snow/ice sticking to the sides of the screen in a blizzard. Would be a great addition to the FOV and breath cloud.
Grimsley99
Not quite what I mean. I believe you mean having snow or ice on the border of your screen. That is something many developers do and get wrong. Sorry for being harsh. Smudges or snow particles on the screen would be so much more immersive. danicusrex
How are smudges on the screen immersive? I've lived through a lot of winters, and I can honestly say snow and fog have never "smudged" up my eyes just by walking through the woods. (unless ive faceplanted into a snowbank or something)Maybe I'm just misunderstanding your intent, but as I understand it what you're saying would make sense if the POV character was wearing glasses or goggles, but not just a normal human eye.
