Rifle bug?

Is the way my rifle is moving around so much even with fine aim adjustments normal? Because it doesn't feel right and makes aiming a pain in the a** - See video below.

If its not how can I fix it? I tried deleting it off steam and re installing it.

This is likely due to the mouse sensitivity issues some players have reported. We are definitely looking into it, and will be gathering feedback afterwards to see if you all feel the adjustments helped.
