Menu usuage partly counterintuitive

There are not entirely a bug, but some usuage inconsistencies in the current build.

1) When using a container that already contains items, the sorting / filtering bar is positioned above the container and affects filtering the container's content. So far so good. However when the container is still empty, obviously the filtering / sorting bar is displayed just above the player's equipment, which leads to the following odd behaviour:

- Open an empty container, to put something inside, the filter bar is above the equipment window

- Close it, reopen it, the bar is now above the container's content

Not a major deal, but it is inconsistent / counterintuitive.

2) When returning from an action that opened a sub-menu started a sequence, the last selected option should still be selected. Quiet often, you select "REPAIR" (the 2nd option under "actions") and click on "repair" it fails, and you immediatly click the button again, while now "HARVEST" is selected and you break down your 79% wolf skin pelt.
