Firewood trapped inside a tree (v.264)

The picture below is quite dark, but hopefully it shows enough. I chopped a branch into firewood and was supposed to get 3 pieces, I think, but as the branch was partly inside the tree, 2 of the pieces got trapped there as well. I only got 1 piece and another was sticking out of the tree as you can see in the picture, but I could not pick it up. The third one was not visible at all.
