Toolbox Respawns

I'm in Coastal Highway, bivouacking at the Quonset, and a blue toolbox on a wooden crate keeps respawning.

It's the crate next to the big (inoperable) door, on the right facing the door inside the garage. Don't get me wrong, I love the scrap metal I've been salvaging, but it's obviously not supposed to be happening.

Would you like me to see if harvesting the crate makes the toolbox stop reappearing?
