Strange graphics bugs

Hi there,

Each time I'am playing game at Coastal Highway or Pleasant Valley location, I experience strange things. Many text elements (in inventory menu, survival panel, game menu, etc.) just disappear, interface looks very strange.

Sometimes also ground texture disappears (I'm "walking in the air", I can see sky under me). And sometimes I see strange brown texture above me.

Often, after these bugs, game craches. I don't have any of these problems at Mystery Lake (only sometimes game crashes after gonig inside/outside). I'm playing v.258.

Please, help me!

Having the same bug, this is sorta annoying but I'm not gonna get to annoying since the game is in alpha, also I'm not calling you annoying.

I can't seem to see these. You might need to change the viewing permissions. That said, you can send the file on these forums by pressing "quick reply", then "Full Editor" and then at the bottom "Upload attachment".

Sorry this post got missed somehow. Try this: Left click on the Long Dark, select Properties, click the tab "Local Files" and press "verify integrity of game Cache".

If that doesn't work, could you post your debug log here? On PC, the log is written to the data directory for the game. For Steam, this would look like: C:\TheDirectoryYouInstalledSteamTo\steamapps\common\TheLongDark\tld_Data\output_log.txt

For Mac, the debug log is written to: ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log Note that ~ above is your home folder (little house icon).
