shift to unlock 360 rotation in farm tractors

i'm in pleasnt vallley, in a tractor

typically, i enter the tractor, i check in front of me and on the sides

and i get blocked in a 180° rotation

this time i used "shift" inside the tractor and it lets me rotate 360° (well infinite, cause i can do all the rotations i want)

maybe not properly a bug, be why would it be normally blocked to 180° and magically unlocked by shift (i played 63h and the game play never let me think shift could be used in vehicles...)
