Items Respawing on Xbox One

Hey guys! First off I'm new here. I love this game!! It's sounds and looks amazing and the artwork is just beautiful.

Hopefully this is the right place to put it but i noticed a bug when in my last play through.

I've started a new play through in Pleasant Valley and started to notice that every time I left the radio tower house that the items inside were reset, even the ones that were inside lockers. I don't know if it was reset by day cycles or if it was just leaving the building and coming back in. But the whole buildings items would reset after some time passed. Thought i'd let you guys know!
