Black boxes around NPCs

Don't know what's causing this. Definitely a first. Some NPCs have a flickering black box.

Updating to Windows 10 has caused issues with the game in some cases. This is mostly due to Windows 10 not updating drivers when it is installed. You'll need to update your drivers if you haven't done so already. Another thing to try, to help eliminate anything on the games end. Is to Verify the Game Cache. You can do this by:

Go to your steam library

Left click on The Long Dark

Select "Properties"

Select the "Local Files" tab

Press "verify integrity of game cache"
