This happened to me too. It looks like the same location.

i went there during 2 different "lifes"

the 2 times, i was able to harvest 2 maple grows on the same unique visible

i wanted to upload an attachment but it didn't insert the pics, after the complete upload

Yea Two Saplings were placed on top of each other, should be fixed next update.
