Pixelgabe Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Hello, first off I love this game because of the realistic game play and the aesthetics of this game. With this out of the way I can explain my idea. The 1st person healing idea is that you can look down at your wounds and other afflictions, so that you see a gash from a wolf attack(or something like that). This can also be use to use non item healing, like using up a hand to slow bleeding, or to set a dislocated wrist. This will not stop bleeding or help you to much that its not over powered like it slow it down 10%. Also if its a internal affliction a marker of sorts can show you where on your body the affliction is. You should also be able to use a sewing kit to suture wounds. Also there should be a status instead of bars showing your hunger, thirst, fatigue and cold, for example (status; very cold, hungry) this will give a realistic feel and a sense of strategy when rationing food. There should be a morale too like if you're looking a corpse it will lower or wandering in the dark and other hope deteriorating scenarios. And it can be combated with beautiful scenes, making arts and crafts or by reading something ( the more you read the same thing the less it raises your morale and longer reading materials-books- last longer). You should also be able to get hot. This can make you sweat. It can lower you thirst faster and if you go into a colder environment with sweaty clothes you get cold faster, so there is a limit to how warm you can get. Thank you for listening and for feed back
octavian Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 You're going to have to hold that thought until, and if, the player character will get a body model
Pixelgabe Posted August 11, 2015 Author Posted August 11, 2015 Yeah but I was putting it out here for now.
