death easter eggs

when you die, there should be a chance that you will find an easter egg, a very, very small chance(1/100). lets say you pass out somehow, and die. usually the game ends, but instead a helicopter is seen flying towards you. then you pass out and the game ends, getting an achievement. maybe even have big words say "You survived" or something.

stuff like this would be awesome and i think they could make dying less stressful.

Wouldn't make sense unless you're thinking of an "it was all a dream" type kids ending... Helicopter wouldn't be flying because of the event, plus defeats the whole purpose of the game (or even the story) for the sequels planned.

Must have said it wrong, I was giving a random example. I didm't actually mean the exact thing.
