Double loot?

So I went to the Carter Dam and looted everything there was, after few days I came back because I tend to hoard all the things I might use in the future in the Dam because it's close to the passages to another regions.

After few days I visit it and see that there are simple tools under the table in the room to the right, I find that weird because they would be very difficult to miss, anyways I go and pick them up and they are still there, so I pick them up again and this time they are gone. I open my inventory and I have 2x simple tools. Probably bug I think to myself. Then I go to the other room which has the crafting table and I see there is a lamp that I "haven't" looted, so I pick it up and just like in the last case I pick it up twice and have both of them in my inventory. So I think it is safe to say that I already looted them before and they spawned again but this time double.... I don't really want to take advantage of them so I will leave them in the safe, otherwise it would feel like a bit of cheating for me.

Anyways, please check it out and hopefully fix this, there is a reason why I play on stalker, I want it difficult
