hello,

(i'm french native, i'll try to explain me in a you can understand my problem)

i want to report that, after a short time of playing the long dark, my body starts to feel bad.

i have had this bad feeling a long time ago, before the year 2000, on a doom like game (heretic).

well, i don't know if i'm alone, i don't know if it comes from a display frequency.

i feel like it's due to the way the camea moves inside the world.

i played on win8 and now on win10, and still the problem

as i said, i don't know if i'm alone but it's pretty desagradable for me to play in this conditions, especially as i really like this kind of game.

greets

i've recently played "7 days to die" and "white night" that are first person point of wiev, without problem

and i always played "doom" serie (and a lot) with no problem. while, in the same time, i had to stop "heretic" because of this reaction.

i don't remember much other games but i played a lot at UT99, too

Monitor refresh rate? There is a lot of particle effect from the snow storms and changing light conditions? Perhaps that is having a mild strobing effect on you, on your particular hardware.

Camera moves are pretty much up to you, you could change your mouse or controller sensitivity to be less abrupt, especially if you are sensitive to motion sickness?

Good luck.

i'm trying it right now, i didn't put mouse sensitivity to the minimum but i reduced it. i'll play 1h or so, and see the result.

if needed i'll down the mouse sensitivity to the minimum.

thx
