Condition overlays inventory screen (v.073)

Watching a gameplay video, I noticed the player Conditions overlays some of the inventory screen when opened.

Yeah, this can occur when playing at lower resolutions. One option is to not display those HUD strings when the interface overlays are active. Another option is to wait until planned interface improvements are made, as problem may go away as part of those changes.
