"Nightmare" bug

I was playing in stalker mode and I went to sleep. Suddenly I woke up fighting a wolf. I couldn't get the bar full and the screen went black and I woke up again. HUD showed bunch of injuries but when I went to first aid tab I had no injuries and all injuries disappeared from HUD. First I was sure this was a bug but then I thought that it might be just bad dreams

But I guess it was a bug since the game didn't even save like it should have.

Some of the events in a wolf struggle don't end up in the First Aid menu. E.g. Torn clothing, lacerations, major and minor bruising. Its possible you got these messages and not blood loss and sprained wrists/ankles.

Your game not saving was definitely a bug though. I was able to see this and passed off to the team for fixing. Thanks for posting!

Ah that's right... I'm not sure if I had any real injuries since all I remember was torn clothing and bruising but it had a lot more on screen.
